Rod Van

An experienced business leader with a history of delivering results from senior executive positions across a wide range of industries including property, equity and hedge fund investing, technology development and commercialisation, professional and business to business service industries. With a strong financial background, a forward-thinking strategic approach, and excellent people skills Rod has been able to make a positive contribution to all the businesses in which he has have operated.

A passionate believer in the ability to deliver outstanding outcomes for all stakeholders by providing an environment that engages and empowers people. This is done by the alignment of values and the creation of a vision and strategic direction that motivates and inspires.

Rod holds an honours degree in Applied Biology and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

As well as his consulting business he also undertakes a number of non-executive board positions including Communicare Inc and White Ribbon Australia, where he also chairs the Finance, Audit, Investment and Risk Committee, Tennis West where he chairs the Finance, Audit and Investment Committee and Murdoch University where he is a member of the Resources Committee.
